Grants Committee

The Madison County Grants Committee will approve several purchase requests, including four enterprise zone amendments totaling $74,850.48 and three CDBG roofing and gutter projects totaling $30,647.19. The body will also adopt resolutions for a $38,200 annual software subscription and $30,000 in membership dues. Additionally, the committee will authorize seven HVAC contractors for LIHEAP emergency furnace vouchers.

Emergency Telephone System Board (ETSB)

The Madison County Emergency Telephone System Board (ETSB) will meet to approve minutes, purchase orders, and a resolution transferring funds to the county treasury. They will also consider travel requests for staff and a scholarship winner to attend conferences. No purchase requests or resolutions are on the agenda for August.

The Madison County Emergency Telephone System Board approved the July 23rd, 2026 meeting minutes, the Claims/Purchase Order Recommendations Report, and a resolution to transfer board funds to the Madison County Treasury. The board also approved travel requests for staff to attend the Tyler Technologies User Group and the IPSTA Conference in October 2026. Additionally, the board received staff project updates on tower installations, recorder integration, radio testing, and budget preparations.
