Redding board to decide Subaru dealership expansion onto former coffee drive-through site
The Board of Administrative Review is holding a public hearing on Amendment Application AMND-2026-00206, which would expand Redding Subaru's outdoor vehicle display and sales onto 495 E. The applicant proposes to demolish the former coffee drive-through kiosk and two small structures, add landscaping and driveway changes, and bring the site into compliance after using it for auto display without amending its permit. Staff recommends the board find the project categorically exempt under CEQA and approve the amendment subject to draft conditions. The rest of the agenda is procedural: public comment, business from the floor, and adjournment.
