Carl Young let the bard know that the GIPD rules and regulations have been
updated. This includes fees to connect to water. Bulk water has also been rewritten.
He went over resident vs non resident and the price variance. Carl mentions that
you can find the updates on the county website. Danielle asked if it was possible to
put out something physical for residents to see. Mickey also requested the updated
rules.
