Community Development Block Grant Program will hold a REGULAR MEETING/PUBLIC HEARING
on Tuesday, July 14th, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. at the conference room in the Lon C. Hill Offices, 502 E.
Tyler, Harlingen, Texas 78550.

2. Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest - Under State Law, a conflict of interest exists if a
council member, or certain members of that person’s family, has a qualifying financial
interest in an agenda item. Members with a conflict of interest cannot participate in the

Notice is hereby given about the Harlingen Elective Commission's attendance
and participation at the District #4 Town Hall Meeting to be held on
Thursday, July 9, 2026, beginning at 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at
Bowie Elementary at 309 W. Lincoln Ave #6735, Harlingen, Texas.
This is not a Meeting of the Harlingen Elective Commission, but this
notice is being posted in the event that a quorum of the Harlingen City
Commission is present.
Posted this 11th day of June 2026 at 8:35 a.m. and remained posted
continuously for at least 30 days proceeding with the scheduled time of said
meeting.
