MINUTES Forney Parks and Recreation Board Wednesday, May 20, 2026 1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 20, 2026, in the Council Chambers, City Hall Annex, 101 E Main Street, Forney, Texas. Present were Chair: Cory Wiggins and Commissioners: Obed Centeno, Robert Neely, Henry Abramson and Warren Yancey. Absent were Commissioners: Morgan Waits and Diane McPherson Also present from staff were Parks and Recreation Director Kyle Rouvaldt, Administrative Assistant Andrea Lyons, and Special Events Coordinator Michael White. 2. INVOCATION/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Commissioner Neely delivered the Invocation and Commissioner Yancey led the Pledge of Allegiance. w . CONSENT AGENDA 3.1. Approval Of The April 15, 2026 Minutes. Commissioner Neely made a motion to approve the item with no changes. Commissioner Centeno seconded the motion. Motion carried.
