The Planning Commission will hold three public hearings: two requests for conditional use permits to allow alcohol sales at restaurants on Bristol Street (Three Eyed Tiger until midnight, Naisho Omakase and Highball Bar until 1:30 a.m.), and a proposed amendment to Title 13 of the Costa Mesa Municipal Code to update land use classifications and standards for various non-residential uses. The commission will also vote to approve minutes from previous meetings.

REGULAR CITY COUNCIL AND HOUSING AUTHORITY*
The City Council will consider consent calendar items including a four-year HVAC maintenance agreement with Siemens Industry, Inc. for up to $1.15 million, acceptance of Lions Park Projects, and approval of a final map for a new tract at 960 West 16th Street. The meeting also includes proclamations for Pride Month and recognition of the Network for Homeless Solutions Team for housing over 500 individuals since 2019.

PARKS AND COMMUNITY SERVICES COMMISSION
The Parks and Community Services Commission will consider and vote on proposed user fee increases for recreation and facility use, effective for Fiscal Year 2026-2027. They will also review and approve the annual commission report to City Council, finalize members for a new community garden location evaluation team, and discuss a potential community picnic day at Lions Park.
