Code Enforcement Special Magistrate
The Code Enforcement Special Magistrate will hear four new cases involving alleged property violations, including unpermitted storage containers and debris in rights-of-way. The meeting also includes approval of previous minutes and old business.

Regular City Commission
The City Commission will discuss the FY 2026-27 budget strategy and hold public hearings on three ordinances: protecting landmark trees, updating building permit fees, and consolidating parks fees. They will also hear an appeal of an administrative decision about mechanical equipment setbacks at 970 Jasmine Street. Consent agenda items include contracts for Donner Road lift station repairs and disaster debris monitoring.

Environmental Stewardship Committee (ESC)
The Environmental Stewardship Committee reviews 2025 tree canopy data showing a net loss of thousands of inches, a motion to fund free arborist days, and a landmark tree protection ordinance headed for commission first reading. They also discuss tree fund budget status and tree plantings in drainage swales.

Regular City Commission
The commission will consider approving an employment agreement for Kevin Hogencamp as permanent city manager and rescinding the prior search resolution. Other actions include introducing new fee schedules for building, public works, parks, and zoning, and a new ordinance to protect landmark live oak trees. The commission will also award contracts for public works equipment building construction, the annual milling & paving project, and sidewalk design for Sailfish Drive multi-use path, and extend the paid parking program at Beaches Town Center.
