Neighborhood and Affordable Housing Advisory Board
The Neighborhood and Affordable Housing Advisory Board will review and recommend the FY2026/2027 Annual Action Plan to the City Council. Public Art and Design Board

Municipal Code Enforcement Board
The Municipal Code Enforcement Board is reviewing multiple cases involving permit violations, exterior maintenance, and short-term rentals. The board will also consider requests to reduce existing fines and approve several affidavits of compliance.

City Council
The City Council will consider mid-year adjustments to the operating and capital budgets, along with a first reading of an ordinance to modernize parking operations and update fees. The consent agenda includes several contracts, such as $1.6 million for Public Works program management and $450,000 for Phillies ballfield improvements. Public hearings will also address surplus property transfer and a right-of-way vacation for the Church of Scientology.

Community Development Board
The Community Development Board will consider two Flexible Development applications. One requests flexibility from setback and landscaping requirements for light assembly/retail at properties on S. Ft. Harrison Avenue and Belleview Boulevard. The other requests flexibility for an outdoor amenity area accessory to existing hotel units at 100 Coronado Drive. The board will also appoint a member to the Affordable Housing Advisory Committee.

Pension Trustees
The Pension Trustees will consider accepting the annual actuarial valuation for the Employees' Pension Plan, approving a new investment advisory agreement with Driehaus Capital Management for small-cap growth, and terminating current manager Riverbridge Partners. They will also approve new hires into the plan and authorize regular pensions for several city employees.

Council Work Session
