So to jump right in as required by state law, Our fiscal year 2027 budget remains a balanced budget across the organization. The only increase in staffing was as a result of the addition of nine full time fire medics, which was negotiated as part of our most recent collective bargaining unit with the city's fire union. Our primary focus this upcoming year will be the continued alignment of our city's work plan, which provides for the execution of existing operating and capital projects that are approved within the city's budget, as well as the maintenance of our employee pay structure which remains Competitive at the 75th percentile across comparative public organizations. So as we look ahead to some of our key initiatives in the upcoming year, we're pleased to continue advancement of what we're calling our downtown urban renaissance, which includes several key redevelopment projects, including construction of both the new Ballard Hotel as well as Osceola Apartments on the bluff directly adjacent to Coachman Park. Since our last visit we celebrated the third anniversary of the Baycare sound, which is hard to believe. We did our first live TV broadcast with the AEW Dynamite Beach Break and it was something to see. The sound looked awesome on TV. I don't know if you guys got to see it, but it was pretty amazing. We installed the sunshade, the much anticipated sunshade, and it has been working. We use it in different shows depending on what the weather is like, but it has been really nice to have. Some upgraded electrical that you're aware of and then you saw that on the screen, the best rankings to date and I will get to that in my later in the presentation. We've presented 50 total events and we still have over 10 events left to go. October is very, very busy. I've seen a few of you out there over the weekend. We had three shows and then we have a show tomorrow night too. At the end of the month we have another set of four. We're hustling. We're hustling. Hope to see you out there. We are excited to announce that this month we unveiled a relaunch of the Florida Central Credit Union View space with some new amenities and some elevated food offerings. One thing you'll notice is there's half price beer, wine, and soda for people who go to that area or pay for that experience as well as the $5 specialty cocktail that we have. Andrew began his career with the city of Clearwater on September 5th of 2006 as a gas technician 1 in the installation section serving northern Pasco County area of CGS. In 2007, he transferred to the propane gas section as a propane delivery driver, continuing to build his technical knowledge and skills. He was promoted to gas technician 3 in 2011, where he established natural gas service for residential and commercial customers while specializing in diagnosing and repairing customer- owned gas appliances. Andrew has been recognized for his commitment to teamwork and exceptional service throughout his career.
