City Council

Parks and Recreation Commission

City Council
The City Council will consider approving a Disposition and Development Agreement with Signal Hill Petroleum for the sale of 2.4 acres of city-owned land at the 2400 block of Gardena Avenue for the mixed-use Heritage Square project. A public hearing will be held on an updated Development Impact Fee Nexus Study that proposes new fees for police, general government facilities, and program administration alongside updated traffic, parks, and water fees. The Council will also vote on contracts for security services, street pavement maintenance, and water system inspection.
