Signal Hill Council considers park expansion and pipeline franchise

The City Council is considering the purchase of property at 1925 E. 21st Street to expand Signal Hill Park. The agenda also includes a second reading of an ordinance for a pipeline franchise and a landscape contract for park improvements. Caltrans will present on beautification efforts along the I-405 corridor.
