Thank you. Fleming, J-E-A-N-N-E-F-L-E-M-I-N-G. And I'm speaking as an update on the last cell tower that you considered at 1669 Page Mill Road. This tower was approved in October 25, approved in a rush because the right person at AT&T had somehow failed to sign the agreement to extend the shot clock by the morning of the ARB hearing. While AT&T and staff were rushing the ARB, they were in no hurry themselves. AT&T did not begin construction on 16 61 Page Mill until close to a year later. And the company sought and was granted by the city multiple extensions themselves. Where are we now in this facility? Well, this is what we know. First, the radios were installed on the wrong side of the pole. I spoke to AT&T's Ms. Stack about it, and she tells me the problem either now has been or is about to be corrected. Second, we still don't know if the emergency shutoff sign accurately directs emergency workers to the shutoff switch. Ms. Stack tells me she'll send me a photo of the sign. I haven't received it yet. Third, Ms. Stack tells me she doesn't believe there are any design changes, but she's checking on this. I can tell you, however, that what's actually installed on the top of the 1661 pole is a tangle of long wires, a tangle that was not depicted in the material AT&T provided to the ARB. I don't know about any other design changes because obviously I can 't see the equipment on the pole very well in some cases at all. Fourth, and finally, as-built plans have not yet been submit …
