Ordinance and Rules Committee
The Ordinance and Rules Committee will discuss four proposed ordinance amendments. Finance

City Council
The City Council will consider an ordinance requiring pet owners to clean up animal excrement from public and private property, with fines for violations. They will also authorize a cement supply contract with Smith Concrete and approve several supplemental bond resolutions for the Sanitary Board.

Spring Hill Cemetery Park Commission
The Spring Hill Cemetery Park Commission will vote on a motion to proceed with renovation of the mausoleum doors. They will also elect a vice president, approve minutes from April, and hear reports from the superintendent, business office, and arboretum. A movie night event is planned. The Cemetery Endowment portion is largely procedural.

Board of Zoning Appeals

Charleston Green Team
This meeting of the Charleston Green Team will discuss the Walk & Ride WV Statewide Bicycle & Pedestrian Plan and hear updates from the Kanawha County Solid Waste Authority and the Department of Public Works. City Council
The council will vote on a bill to amend fees for city-owned parks and recreational facilities, along with a resolution approving the associated fee schedule. Charleston Urban Renewal Authority
