Bicycle Advisory Committee Minutes Regular Meeting Tuesday, Oct 13, 2026, at 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm 4th Floor Town Hall, Conference Room Hybrid: In Person and Zoom Called to order at 8:01 pm Committee Members Present Mrudula Donepudi, Jan Preheim, Jonathon Zoll, Todd MacFadden, Bob Miller (remote) Committee Members Absent Anthony Ishak Crash Report for Sept 2026 • 8 crashes involving bicycles (3 more than in Sept 2025) • Discussion about crash at Essex / Dummer o Safety improvements were discussed in May (e.g., stop sign, better signage indicating counterflow bike lane, etc.) o Members questioned whether those improvements have been fully implemented yet; no one in attendance was certain o Todd volunteered to evaluate this intersection and report back, including any additional safety recommendations Colchester and Carlton improvement concept • Discussion of TB proposal o BAC members are supportive of the updated concept (2024) and drafted a memo of support o We reviewed the memo and discussed the improvement plan.
