Utility Advisory Committee Meeting
The Utility Advisory Committee will vote on a recommendation to City Council for FY27-29 utility revenue requirements, choosing between two rate adjustment options. One option is the FCS-recommended rates (Electric 5%, Water 3.5%, Wastewater 5%, Landfill 3.5%) and the other is a uniform 5% annual increase for all four utilities. Historic Preservation Commission Regular Meeting
The Historic Preservation Commission will hold a public hearing and consider recommending a local motel historic district designation for eight surveyed motel properties on Nevada Way to the City Council. The commission will also continue discussing a quarterly magazine on historic preservation and receive updates on goals and property status.

City Council meeting
The City Council will consider transferring $400,000 to the Police Department, $500,000 to the Fire Department, and $50,000 for court appointed attorney fees from the General Fund contingency. They will also vote on adding four large parcels of land for outdoor recreation, a dog park lease at Veterans Park, a historic designation for the WWII/Korean monument, and a collective bargaining agreement with Teamsters Local 14.

Planning Commission Regular Meeting
The Boulder City Planning Commission will hold public hearings on two variance applications: one at 1002 Providence Lane to reduce the required combined side yard setback from 20 to 15 feet for a home addition, and another at 701 Avenue I to allow a 6-foot front fence instead of the 4-foot maximum. The commission will also receive a monthly progress report on development allotments and consider approval of May 20, 2026 meeting minutes.

City Council Meeting
The council will consider several items including a new police collective bargaining agreement and numerous aviation hangar lease agreements. They are also discussing land reappraisals for solar and battery energy storage developments.
