- Hi. - I would like to have, do I need to open up the-- - We're still in work session so we can move to the next item. - So the next item on the agenda is the fall appeal, number 1244. - Joe, you-- - Yes, Sam, is there anybody? There's no one in attendance. Sam, is there anybody on Zoom for the applicants? No, okay. So-- - But they were contacted. - Okay, they were contacted. - I will give a brief description to the best of my ability , but I don't have all of the information, so I was hoping the applicants would be here today. I also offered to discuss this with the applicants several weeks ago, probably over a month ago, either by phone or in person, and that request went unfulfilled. So I'd just like to clarify from the outset that I am not the Records Access Officer, of course, the clerk is the Records Access Officer. So I see something in the appeal that implies or makes reference to the fact that the town attorney is making these determinations. I am not. In FOIL matters and in other matters, I provide legal guidance. My guidance here was I was having difficulty locating and identifying the record sought based on the several pages of documentation provided to us. I approached several other attorneys in my office. They were having the same issue. I then walked over to the clerk's office, spoke to three members of the clerk's office. We were all in agreement. We did not know what the applicants were looking for. In fact, this was a previous request. That request was with …

Present. Mr. Kirschloff? Here. Peter Glyer? Here. And the records like William Gland and Diane were not present, which would remind the chair that that would make alternate power to vote with the voting members of your organization. Yes. Since we do not have a regular board, that's probably not the right way to say it. But as you see, we have a newie coming in. We'll put it that way. However, he has been here before, and when we are missing our base, we'll use one. So we want to make sure that we have enough people to not create any problem in trying to see if we can really get through these cases. So the meeting of the board will now come to order. We have seven cases scheduled for tonight's meeting. However, case 2536, once Lawrence-Ardsley LLC, has been adjourned by the board to the September 17, 2026 meeting, awaiting secret dimension by the town. Looking forward, the Zoning Board will have our regular meeting on Thursday, September 17, of course. Mark your calendar accordingly. We may limit time to hear each case. If we cannot finish hearing a case, it will be adjourned to another meeting to be completed at that time. As in the past, in order to save time, we will waive the reading of the property location and the relief sought for each case. However, the reporter will insert this information into the report. In the record, this information also appears in the agenda for tonight's meeting. After the public hearing of tonight's cases, the board will meet to discuss each c …

Welcome to our town board work session. Today is August 18th and we are starting with our Heritage and Harmony committee work. While she comes to the table, I just want to say that Councilwoman Hendricks is available on Zoom. Since this is a duly noticed meeting where we have a physical quorum present, we're in compliance with all state and town halls. Thank you. Terrific. Good evening, everyone. Thank you, first of all, for giving the approval to form this committee. This is the opportunity for you to propose. Oh, okay. I want to tell everyone your name. Sure, sure. So I am Alka Shukla. I have been a Greenberg resident since 2010. We lived in Tarrytown, then we moved to Dobbs Ferry before moving to Scarstale with Arsley Schools. So you actually live in the village of Scarstale? No, she lives in an unincorporated river. Unincorporated, yeah. So I had proposed the idea of forming Heritage and Harmony committee for Greenberg. I was the co-chair of Arsley Multicultural and Inclusion committee. I was in that role for close to two years before that. I was involved with different community initiatives as well. So as I see the Greenberg, it comprises, it's very diverse, not in just in terms of culture, but it also language, the beliefs. And in today's time, it is important to take the knowledge and the information that we did with the AMDI committee. So we decided to submit the proposal for Heritage and Harm ony committee. I can read the mission statement that we came up, and again, …

Today is the 13th of August, 2026. This is the town of Breamberg antenna review board. We welcome a new member today, Brian Labaton. Hi. Brian, welcome. We're going to take attendance. Catherine Letter of Plaskett here, Diane Torres-Trum. Yeah. Brian! Here. I'm in a publicly accessible location, the town of Bream berg town hall. And we are here to review three applications, two of which are conditionally complete. So we're going to look at the submission and then we'll move on to 313 Central Avenue. Francis Sheehan is also with us. Booth, can you tell me who is on Zoom? No one at the bone. He's not dead? Not at the moment. There may be one, you get through the other ones. Because he's on the 313. So let's start. We had for 35 Spring Valley, we gave conditional complet eness on the 29th of July. And the first part was to replace the name address and land line cellular phone number of the property owner, she did that commissioner, Frank Mor bido, now listed. Then the next part, this is where when I was looking at it, I had questions which was under N. And we had chart needs, site specific chart of data by five foot increments at angles to the ground for a person of six feet in height. And what they did that's very nice here is they highlighted things in yellow. And it says a table showing the radio frequency drop off is located directly after the final page or exhibit three page, which is page 13 of 13. So I went there. And lo and behold, it is there and they have the distance. …

Welcome to our town board meeting. Today is Wednesday, August 12th, and it's 7:45. And we're going to start with the Pledge of Allegiance. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Please remain standing. And we have a moment of silence in memory of Alan Big Al Spencer, who was born on September 3, 1960, and passed away on July 25, 2026. Brother of Sydney Collins , who's an active and dedicated volunteer, and resident in the Greenberg community. Those who knew him described him as a caring and generous soul. He dedicated himself to Greenberg, which he enriched with his passion for music as a DJ, and held a special place in his hearts for seniors. And we also have a moment of silence in memory of June Castleberry. June was a founder of the Lois Bruns Children's Center. She devoted herself wholeheartedly to working with children aged 18 months to two years for three remarkable decades. Throughout her 30 years of dedication to founding and nurturing the Lois Bruns Children's Center, she had been a beacon of inspiration for countless individuals. Good evening everyone. Today is Tuesday August 11th. Time now is about 5.40pm and we're going to get started with our work session. So first on the agenda will be the fleet vehicles and we'll start with Chief Powell. Good afternoon everyone. Is that coming over? Good afternoon. Good evening. Good evening. So I believe I 'm here today to discuss the two Chevy Tahos for EMS flycars, fly vehicles, 56,220 per vehicle. I know they were previously requested the two civilian parametric flycars. I did speak with DPW Commissioner Morbuto. There's no issue on the DPW end with the two vehicles. Can you please describe what a fly car is? These are the vehicles used by our, they actually will be used by our civilian parametric supervisors to respond to calls when necessary, tech calls, supervise EMS personnel. But they are parametric vehicles. Thank you. For not just the town but also the villages. Are all the flycars the same? Primarily. Right. Because what I'm really having an issue with is I'm seeing this Ford, this Prius, this Highlanders, this , you know, and it's going to be impossible for our repair shop to keep parts for all these different cars. And so what we need to do is to standardize on whatever cars there are as best we can. Right. And quite often we're looking to acquire what we need while still being fiscally responsible. So that is sometimes why we might not always look at the same type of vehicle. But these particular vehicles for what we want to use them for spoke with …

Hi. Welcome to our town board meeting. Today is August 4th. We're starting a little later because of National Night Out. The police did a really great job of organizing a really fun activity. And our first guest is Christopher Lynn, who is a student who has been working on developing drone laws, recommendations for the town. Please sit down. Thank you. And if you turn your microphone on. Just holding it or clicking it? Just press the button. Thank you so much, town officials, board members. I appreciate your time. I know we have food and we have festivities out, so I'm trying not to take too much of your time tonight. But I'm a high schooler. I'm a rising senior at Edgemont High School, and I'm also an intern under the town supervisor. So today I just want to tell you about one issue. But I know nobody likes listening to issues without solutions, so hopefully I've come prepared with adequate solutions. I'll leave that up for you to decide. Now, one thing you should know about me is I love drones. I design, I build drones from scratch. I fly them all the time. I even earned my FAA certification so I can earn money, a little bit of money, while I fly for some real estate agents and local businesses on Central Ave. And one thing the FAA highly recommends is that you check out your town's local drone laws, city laws, county laws, state laws. They want you to take a look. And so that's what I did. And I was able to find one instance of a policy that relates to drones within the to …

Today is July 29, 2026. This is the antenna review board convening at the Town of Greenberg Town Hall in the Leah Jackson room. Before we move forward, let us take attendance. Diane Torstra present. Catherine Lederer-Basquet, me present. Today we have a quorum in a publicly located facility that is accessible to the public. Francis Sheehan is with us, county and within the town. Ladies and gentlemen. I'm sorry? Present. And Lauren Berg. Present. And you are with? Crown Castle. And we have one guest, one brave soul. Brian, what is your last name? Crown Castle. So we are reviewing two applications today. One submitted on 55 Jackson Avenue and one 35 Sprain Road. Sprain Valley or? Sprain Valley Road. And these are for right of ways and they are to update already existing installations. Let's start with 55 Jackson Avenue. 55 Jackson Avenue was first submitted on the 3rd of December, 2025. And the meeting was convened on the 15th of December, 2025. That's 12 days. The second submission was made on July 24th, 2026, last Friday. And the meeting today is convening on the 29th of July, 20 26, five days later. Anything that we have deemed incomplete before we will not be reviewing. And so starting with A, which was deemed incomplete. We needed license number for Dennis. I don't want to destroy his last name. The action I see that was taken was to drop him from the application. Welcome to the town board meeting. Today is July 22nd and we're only 10 minutes late. And we'll start with the Pledge of Allegiance. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Please remain standing. We're going to have a moment of silence in memory of John A hern. He was a community activist and a defender of democracy. Professor Ahern was one of the earliest and most enthusiastic supporters of the newly formed Central West chester Indivisible Chapter, based in Greenberg. And in spite of a very serious illness, being confined to a wheelchair, he actively participated in two rallies held in front of Greenberg Town Hall. Whether you agreed or disagree with Central Westchester Ind ivisible, it's so nice to have people in the community like Professor Ahern, who spoke out and expressed himself. And I'm sure that he's smiling from heaven, seeing so many people here also participating at a town board meeting and participating in our democracy. Thank you. There's another. Thank you. And in memory of those around the world who have perished as victims of war, disease, and natural disaster, our hearts are with all who needlessly suffer. I'd like to have a moment of silence. Thank you. Next, we have Alka Shukla and -- Are we not going to do the roll call? The roll call. I'm sorry. Town Supervisor Pell Finder? Here. Councilman Fesson Sheeran? Present. Counc …

Hi, welcome to our town board meeting today's July 7th after 5:30 first item on For discussion is freeze on the system to have assessor ed ie McCarthy That's good can you hear me? Yes Better Okay, so I was asked to Review the possibility of Freaking freezing assessments. So let me start with the story quickly ten years ago The town board voted on a townwide reassessment and along with that they also you you also voted on maintaining Assessments at a market value of a hundred percent what that means Public is that whatever your assessment is? Sorry, I've been talking all day whatever your assessment is it should reflect market value that is the hundred percent So if your house is worth a million dollars your assessment will be a million dollars prior to the townwide reassessment if your assessment wasn 't if your value is a million dollars Your assessment was thirty thousand was very confusing and just the public didn't understand that So this is a much more transparent way to assess properties 90% of the country Assessess properties at a hundred percent of market value You explain the equalization rate that I meant with that and thirty thousand back then was a very expensive house. Yes, so Thanks for that. So if you had ten years ago before we did the reassessment You had a market value of your house of a million dollars your assessment was thirty thousand Because at the time we were valuing properties at three percent of market value Today we're valuing properties at a hundr …

Good evening. Welcome to today's work session. Today's date is Monday, June 22nd at 5.30 p.m. And we are a little delayed, so we are starting exactly at 5.46. I would like to open a meeting where we can start taking a look at agenda review. Roll call. 4 to 6. Do we need to? No. It's a work session. Can I put this on here? No, you have to. Can I just have some space? Thanks. Appreciate it. It takes over? No. No, definitely. Listen, I didn't ask you to do that. Okay, this is right. See, this is what. Oh, I can't. Okay. I can't have this get messed up because we need this. All right. So we're honoring the Woodlands Girls Flag Football Team. So, yes. So very excited. They are amazing. So there's a proclamation. Huh? Is there a proclamation? Yes. So we do have a proclamation. It should be in Holly's office. So I need to get that so you guys can review it. I think it's here. No, he said that was Lisa's. That's what I just asked. Oh. I don't know what that is. I don't know. So what I'll do is I'll check in Holly's office so we can get the proclamation for that. Okay. There's only one. We should probably take off each, right? Yeah. We can do that. So we can change that. Well, unless there's other ones. It's like each girl. It's just the one. No. We just know. There's one. We're going to honor them collectively. Very exciting team. First year, I believe. And these aren't additional presentations for Wednesday, correct? Okay. So I'm assuming no liaison reports? Well, we didn't do it. W …
