Since Seth Segall and Trudy Holand were not able to attend, Andrea Reed served as a voting member. Since Darra Boyd was not able to attend, Sharon Makower served as a voting member. As a result, it was determined that a quorum of the Board of Ethics (BoE) was present. 2) AGENDA: Chair Hays moved that the agenda be adopted and Ms. Reed seconded the motion. He was a former village trustee and deputy mayor who committed years of public service to the town he loved. His profound dedication to his neighbors was demonstrated through his extensive long-term service as a member of the Ardsley Secor Volunteer Ambulance Corps. And we'll have a moment of silence in memory of Judy Chang Hopkins. She was a resident of Hartsdale, the United Nations Assistant Secretary General, in charge of refugees all over the world. She dedicated her life to her family and her long career at the United Nations. When Judy Beville was a clerk, she spoke to the interns, the summer interns, you know, more than once. She met with everyone who I ever -- many students who were interested in careers in diplomacy, introduced them to people at the United Nations. And she was just a wonderful human being. I think Esquire magazine said she was the top female leader at the United Nations. And when you spoke to her, you felt that she was really just like an average person. You know, she was so modest and humble and really caring. And her husband was a member of our ethics board in Green berg. But, you know, they're really total role models and miss her a lot. And in memory of those around the world who have perished as victims of war, a disease, and natural disaster, our hearts are with all those who needlessly suffer. Thank you. All right.
