Traill County Water District approves culvert replacement, bridge work

County Commission

On July 21, the board voted unanimously to accept a $63,050 bid from John Riley Construction for Bridge No. 55, pending Riverview approval. A day earlier, on July 20, the district held a special meeting to inspect legal drains throughout Traill County. The board identified 21 specific drains requiring spraying and/or tree removal as noted on the 2026 spray map. Traill County EDC: Growth Fund transfer, mileage rate on agenda

The Traill County Economic Development and Tourism Board met July 21 for its business meeting, with board action required on the treasurer's report, checks, and several new business items. Agenda items included a transfer from the operating budget to the Traill Growth Fund, a motion to update the mileage rate, and new committee assignments.
