Town Board work session on PDD and budget

On Aug. 12, the Town Board held a work session to discuss a potential Planned Development District (PDD) at parcel 30.13-2-24.41, presented by ABD Engineering. Planning Commission reviews site plans

The Planning and Zoning Commission met Aug. 10 to review several site plans, all listed as agenda items:

• A 5,227 sq. ft. addition and area variance for the Animal Protective Foundation at 53 Maple Avenue.

Planning Commission conditionally approves three site plans

The Glenville Planning & Zoning Commission conditionally approved final site plans for two businesses at its July 13 meeting, the only recent meeting with published minutes.

The commission voted 7-0 to conditionally approve the final site plan for Lawn Doctor (M Zone Lawns, LLC). It also voted 7-0 to conditionally approve both the preliminary and final site plans for Audrey Daniels (Holy Crepe!).

The commission approved its meeting agenda unanimously, 7-0. Minutes from the February 9, 2026 meeting were approved 4-0 with three abstentions, and minutes from the June 8, 2026 meeting were approved 5-0 with two abstentions.

Town Board work session covered 2027 budget, moratorium, road ordinance

The Glenville Town Board held a work session on July 8 to discuss the proposed 2027 budget. Members also considered extending the existing battery storage moratorium and reviewed a street and roadway ordinance.
