Oxford City Council agenda includes parking lease, EV chargers, zoning change

Oxford's City Council met Aug. 18 with an agenda that included a proposal to lease 77 parking spaces to Miami University, a $250,000 grant application for a synthetic play field, and first readings on an EV charger easement and a zoning change.
