Muscatine County Council denies East 2nd Street appeals, approves street sweeper and transit funding
The Muscatine City Council denied nine appeals of unsafe-to-occupy notices on East 2nd Street properties and approved more than $660,000 in equipment and transit agreements at its July 21 meeting, according to official minutes.
