Finance & Administration: Capital policy and budget report

The Finance & Administration Committee also meets August 24 to consider approving a new capital asset policy and the Budget to Actual report as of June 30, 2026. The agenda includes discussion of the City Clerk and City Treasurer positions, and information-only items including the quarterly investment report and Treasurer's report.

Planning Commission: Planned use for Schwarz on State
