The Wheaton City Council will consider a reception for retiring City Manager Michael G. Dzugan, adopt proclamations for Downtown Wheaton Day and the manager’s retirement, and hear public comments. The council will vote on a consent agenda, a resolution for the Selbert Gables Consolidation Plat, a pre‑annexation agreement for 25W021 Geneva Road – Andersen, a $149,965 consulting services contract for a zoning ordinance update, an objection to a DuPage County zoning petition, and an ordinance amendment to the city code. Finally, the council will approve Warrant No. 924 for $1,694,045.23.

Library Board

Board will vote on new non-resident fee method and copy fee increase

The Wheaton Library Board will consider several items, including the election of officers for July 2026–July 2027, motions to approve non-resident card participation, a tax method to calculate non-resident fees for homeowners and renters, and an increase in the public copy fee for colored copies from .25 cents to .50 cents. The board will also receive an update on the interior project and adopt a resolution to release closed‑session minutes.
