Thank you. We will start with the Pledge of Allegiance. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, invisible, with liberty and justice for all. All right. Roll call. We have commissioners Granger, Keller , Molson, myself, Francoeur, and Wells present today. Next up, we have public comment. Is there anyone here that wishes to speak for public comment? I don't see anybody raising their hand or coming up. I don't see anybody raising their hand or coming up, so we will move on to approval of the minutes. Is there a motion to approve the minutes from our last meeting in September? Alderperson Molson. I move to approve. Second. Second from Francoeur. Any discussion? All those in favor, please say aye. Aye. All those opposed? None opposed? That vote passes unanimously. I think it will pop up on the screen. It's coming. There we go. Six to zero. All righty. Next up, we have our first business item, the land use plan amendment for 222 Maple Avenue. I believe, Doug, you are handling this one for us? Yes, I am. Thank you. Oops. Sorry about that. Let's get... That should look a little better. Okay. So this is a land use plan amendment. We haven't had one of these in a little while again. But basically, the city has a comprehensive land use plan that covers the uses of the city and defines those areas that would be residential, commercial, or industrial. And then we have our zoning, which is the rules for …

All right, good evening everyone. We'll call the Tuesday, October 27th meeting of the Finance Committee to order. We do have a quorum. I want to thank the committee, staff, and the public for convening a little early this evening. I understand there's a baseball game later on tonight. So with that, please rise for the Pledge of Allegiance. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. All right, next item on our agenda is public comment. Are there any members of the public here this evening that wish to address the Finance Committee? All right, seeing no public comment, we'll move on to approval of minutes, item number 4A. Are there any changes to the minutes from the committee? All right, seeing none, the minutes are approved through unanimous consent. We do have a couple of business items before we get into the budget. So that will take us to item number 5A, which is review and act on a proposed agreement with the Minnesota Cooperative Purchasing Venture. I'll be taking this one, and you might be one. Brian Engelking, transit manager. The reason why I'm bringing this forward is the paratransit buses that we typically purchase are on the Minnesota state contract. And so if the city becomes part of that, we can get advantageous pricing for that. The Minnesota purchasing venture is open to any municipality in the state of Wisconsin. There's over 100 d …

We will call to order tonight's City of Waukesha Parks, Rec reation and Forestry Board on Monday, October 19th with roll call. Alderman Camacho is absent. Steve Johnson? Here. Sarah Roth is absent. John Schmitz is absent. Alderman Jack Wells? Here. Erica Yoss? Here. Jennifer Walner? Here. And Eric Hummer? Here. Great. We will move along to public comment. Do we have any public comment this evening? Okay. Great. Moving along to approval of the minutes. Looking for a motion to approve the board minutes from August 31st, 2026. I'll motion to approve. Second. Second. Motion by Eric Hummer. Second by Steve Johnson. Any further discussion? Great. We'll take that to a vote. All in favor say aye. Aye. Opposed? And that passes unanimously. Moving along to discussion decision items. Review and possible action on as a recommendation to the Finance Committee. Proposed 2027 Executive Operating Budget for the Parks, Rec reation and Forestry Department. All right. Thank you, Jennifer. So hopefully everyone had a chance to look over the budget. And basically what we do is we take the 250 some plus pages within the overall city budget document and condense it down to just the PRF or park rec forestry related items. And it's much more manageable. I think it's about 30 pages. So we're going to kind of walk through that. Feel free to ask questions along the way. And we did have an initial meeting with Finance Committee on Thursday. So that seemed to go pretty well. There were some questions, but …

Good evening everyone. We'll call the Thursday, October 15, 2026 meeting of the Finance Committee to order. Next item on our agenda is the Pledge of Allegiance. Please rise. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, to the republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. All right. We'll move on to public comments. Are there any members of the public that are here tonight to address the Finance Committee? All right. Seeing none, before we move on to 4A, I've been, have received repeated requests that if we do creep past 7 o'clock, that any highlights, low lights, or anything related to a particular baseball game be kept to yourself, because we have folks that are, and I'm of that generation, recording it. So. With that, we will move on to item number 4A, which is minutes from our meeting on the 13th. Are there any changes to those minutes from the committee? All right. Seeing none, those minutes are approved through unanimous consent. That'll move us on to item number 5A, which is a continued review of our executive operating budget. Before we dive in, I know the council and the Finance Committee received a note today that given the fact that we've got a little bit more budget to do, and we want to make sure that the committee and the council have time, adequate time, to review the budget and just see if there's any amendments, we are going to take advantage of our flex meeting date on Tuesday, October …

All right. Good evening, everyone. We'll call the Tuesday, October 13th, 2026 meeting of the Finance Committee to order. We do have a quorum. Next item on our agenda is the Pledge of Allegiance. Please rise. All right. Next item on our agenda is public comment. Are there any members of the public here this evening that wish to address the Finance Committee? All right. Seeing no public comment, we'll move on to item number 4A, which is approval of the minutes for the 29th of September. Any changes to those minutes from the committee? All right. Seeing no changes, those minutes are approved through unanimous consent. That moves us into our business item for this evening, item number 5A, which is a kickoff and or the beginning of the review of the 2027 Executive Operating Budget. The running order for this evening, for those in the audience, and you guys probably already know this, is we're going to do general government first. So we're going to start with HR, then city clerk, treasurer, community director. And then IT. And then we'll move into the police department, the fire department, the library, and then last but certainly not least, the cemetery for this evening. I also know that Mr. Brown and Mr. Schro have a presentation that they're going to walk us through to kind of kick off the budget. I also want to thank Alderperson Evert, Alderperson Mannion, and Alderperson Molson for joining us this evening. And with that, Tony, the floor is yours. Thank you. So I'll start off b …

Alright, so I will call to order the Board of Zoning Appeals. Today is October 12th, 2026. I don't have an agenda, though, so I don't know the case number and things like that, so when we get to it... Thank you. So, first I will do a roll call. Just who you are on the record, please. Tim Nickage here. Christy D'Angelo here. Eric Dunst here. Kevin Reilly. Is there any public comment from anyone that is not related to the matters that are before the Board of Zoning Appeals? Seeing none, we will move on. Then I need a motion to approve the minutes from the August 10, 2026 meeting. Tim Nickage, so moved. Eric Dunst, second. All in favor? Aye. Anyone opposed? All right. Then we are on to new business. So, the way this kind of works, just to let you both know, is I will read the appeal itself. The city will then present information about what you're appealing and the information that they have on file. They'll give us some background information and those kinds of things. If you have any questions for the city, you will have an opportunity to ask those questions. We, as the Board, will also have an opportunity to ask them any questions that we would have. Then you will have an opportunity to come up to the microphone and provide us with any additional information that you would like for us to consider as it relates to your appeal. Just ask, and I'll try to remind you. When you come up to the microphone, please state your name in full and your current residential address for the rec …

Good evening. This is the City of Waukesha and we are the Landmarks Commission. Today is Wednesday, October 7th, 2026 . I'd like to call this meeting to order and I will start with attendance to my left with Marty. Marty Larson. Linda Gordo. Andrea Dronk. Carmen Delapais. Mike Christine. Matt Redsek. Tony Lanza. Perfect. Thank you so much, everybody. A lovely day and I'm happy that you're all here. So we'll start with any public comment today. The phone room is not full. I have 26-04268. Those are the minutes of September 2nd at 2026 and I'm looking for a motion. I will make the motion on that. I will second. The items that I requested were changed, so they're out there. Thank you so much. Moving on to Landmarks Commission, paint and repair grant funds. Item number... Do we have to vote on that? I'm sorry, honey? Vote. Oh, let's vote. Okay. All right. Technicality. Okay. I'll say aye. Aye. See? I knew we were good. Moving on to Landmarks Commission, paint and repair grant funds. All right. Landmarks Commission may use discretion to change award amounts based on project scope, overall impact, fund availability, or any other circumstances. This year we had $25,000 in the fund, and all previous projects from 2025 had been completed, and all of the grants, all of that $25,000 has been allocated for the year . So there is no …

We'll call the Monday, October 5th, Traffic and Parking Relations Committee to order. We'll say the Pledge of Allegiance. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Seeing no members of the public here, I'm assuming they have no comment. Could I get a motion to approve the minutes from last meeting? So moved. Thank you. Is there a second? I'll second. Thank you. All in favor, please say aye. Aye. Any opposed? I was a first. Sorry. I was seconded. Thank you. Moving on to 5A. Review and possible action on establishing a no parking zone on the north side of Dobbs Street from South Moreland Boulevard to 100 feet east of South Moreland Boulevard. That was brought to us by Alderman Camacho. Yep. That is correct. Do you want to? Well, we don't really need, we've already seen this one. Does everybody remember it? Yes. Yeah. Okay. So we're just going to take no action and we'll drop this off our agenda. I've talked to Alderman Camacho already. If he wants to bring it forward again, he will. Okay. Next. 5B. Please conduct a speed study on River Valley Road from U.S. Highway 18 to County Road H by Matthews. And we've already seen this one too, right? Yes. Okay. So what, are we taking action? What does he want for an action? I have not had any additional correspondence with Alderman Matthews regarding this referral. Well, I'll talk to him and see if he wants …

I am going to call this Wednesday, September 23rd, 2026, meeting of the Plan Commission to order. We will start with the Pledge of Allegiance. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. All right, for roll call, Commissioners Granger and Walner are not able to attend. All other members of the commission are present. Before we get started with the bulk of this meeting, I do understand that we have a lot of people here tonight. I believe that probably many of you are here to speak on one specific issue. While all of you are welcome to speak during the public comment section, which is going to come directly after I give my little spiel here, you are welcome to do so. The item that you wish to speak on, if it is on the agenda, will come up and you will also have an opportunity to speak at that time, which is what I would recommend, because that will be after the presentation that we receive and after the commissioners have an opportunity to ask some of the questions you might already have. With that in mind, I do want to make sure that we are all being respectful of each other. That means no speaking out of turn, no shouting, et cetera. I also ask that you address all comments and questions directly to the commission or to our wonderful city staff members up here, rather than having conversations amongst yourselves. We do recognize that this is stand …

All right, we are going to get started here, so I'm going to call this Tuesday, September 15th, 2026 meeting of the Common Council to order. I'm just going to make a couple of announcements before we do the Pledge of Allegiance here. And also for any of the alders who would like to pull up the agenda, note that you can pull it up from your email or on the city website. All right, please rise for the Pledge of Allegiance. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Oh, we did not do roll call. I apologize. I'm all thrown off. Christine? Is absent. Absent. Everett? Here. Wigderson? Here. Piper? Here. Van Trieste? Wells? Mannion? Moldsen? Witeska's absent. Good evening, everyone. We'll call the Tuesday, September 8 th, 2026 meeting of the Finance Committee to order. We do have a quorum. Next item on our agenda is the Pledge of Allegiance. Please rise. All right. Next item on our agenda is public comment. Are there any members of the public that wish to address the Finance Committee this evening? If you do, please come up to the center mic. I know, Melissa, you wanted to spawn up. And, Melissa, if you could give us your name and street address and the floor is yours and you have three minutes. Okay, great. Melissa Baxter. I'm the president of the Wau kesha County Community Foundation. My street address is S45W27711 Elk Valley Road, Waukesha, Wisconsin 53189. So I just came tonight to provide some context and information about the Jackson Sparks Baseball Park Project Fund, which is part of the proposal to you for a park improvement or athletic complex improvement. So the fund itself was created on April 20th, 2022 to honor Jackson Sparks, who was a youth baseball player killed in the Waukesha Christmas Parade attack. Community members created the fund with the support and coordination of Waukesha Parks and Rec and the Sparks family. And total raised today is a little more than $165,000. So $165,204,91. There are no fees on this fund, similar to the fund that we held for the victims and for the parade memorial. So there's no ongoing fees that are coming off of that. There have been 91 total donors. And some major donor lists, thos …

Good evening, everybody. This is September 2nd, 2026. We are the Landmarks Commission. This is the City of Waukesha, and I'd like to call this meeting to order. I'll start with a roll call to my left with Marty. Marty Larson. Linda Gordo. Andrea Dantes. Carmen De La Paz. Mike Christine. Matt Ratzak. Tony Lanza. Perfect. And we're going to move on to public comment. And go ahead. We're going to get a public comment for the Springs Committee. If you could state your address and your name, please, for the record. Bob Salb, 434 Madison Street. I'm going to say the Springs Committee seems defunct, but just bringing up as far as the Springs, I didn't see anything and any notifications of any fall- spring cleanup. I know there wasn't a Springs cleanup, and menisca is in very much disrepair. Finally, after hip revision surgery, I was able to go down there and see what it looked like. There's trees across the pathway. There's sludge down at the bottom of the spring. And so it would require a volunteer time to clean it up. And so more posing the question, if there's not going to be a sanctioned Landmark Springs fall cleanup that I would arrange to get volunteers to get that cleaned up. So I don't know if that's something I have to get permission from. Sign waivers. I know I've done a lot of stuff myself over the years, but I'd probably get a volunteer base using social media that I'm using called Spring Keepers to keep up on stuff like that and keep advocacy for historical knowledge ba …
