Town of Danville Conservation Commission Meeting, Approved minutes.
Attendees: Carsten Springer – Chairmen, Ed Lang - Vice Chairmen, Bobby Lorre,
Jason Holder (members) Joe Hester – Selectmen’s Rep
Matthew Maguire - Resident
Carsten called the meeting to order at 7:40 and led the Pledge of Allegiance.

equipment, which is an item defined per zoning/Planning Board as a permanent
structure. The requested location for the shed falls within the 75 foot wetland buffer.
The location is 37 feet from the wetland edge (an actual wetland delineation has not
been done) according to a March 2025 Septic Design Plan. Carsten confirmed with Mr.
Maguire that he was seeking a Hardship Variance due to limited area to place the shed
outside of the wetland buffer. Carsten stated that he attended the ZBA site walk and
joined Ed on a separate visit to the property with the owner. Carsten and Ed began
identifying other locations on the plan where the shed could be placed.
Carsten made a Motion “The proposed location on the western rear bound of the
property is …
