The Supervisors of the Checklist met at 8:00 AM on Saturday, June 27th, at the Danville Town Hall. In attendance were Carole Hillard, Mary Zita Reedy, Mary Jo Gallagher, and Town Clerk Michelle Healy. The purpose of the meeting was to process certification letters as required by the Secretary of State. The voter list had been updated and approved by all supervisors at the previous meeting on June 2nd. In accordance with state mandates, the letters were printed on town letterhead, addressed, and mailed today. Additionally, all correspondence from the supervisors' mailbox was retrieved and entered into the SVRS system, leaving no items on the dashboard. Mary Zita Reedy took the letters to the post office, and they were successfully mailed at 11:00 AM. The next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, July 29th at’6:00 PM to allow voters sufficient time to respond.
