✓ Decidido: Council approves SCC JEPA traffic fee amendment 5-0
The City Council approved Resolution No. 2026-105, authorizing the Mayor to approve an amendment to the Southern Contra Costa Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement (SCC JEPA) pertaining to fees for regional traffic mitigation, in a 5-0 vote. The council also approved the consent calendar (items 5.1-5.11) unanimously, which included contracts for construction, GIS services, and other routine items. A presentation on the Long-Term Financial Plan was received, and the council provided feedback to staff.
