The July 14, 2026 meeting of the Roseland Mayor and Council was called to order at 6:30
PM by Mayor Spango. Adequate notice of the meeting was provided in accordance with the Open
Public Meeting Act in that the date, time and location of the meeting were included in the Annual
Meeting Schedule, sent to the official newspapers, posted on the public bulletin board in the
Municipal Building and filed in the office of the Borough Clerk. This meeting was also available
via Zoom conference call.

The June 16, 2026 meeting of the Roseland Mayor and Council was called to order at
6:30 PM by Mayor Spango. Adequate notice of the meeting was provided in accordance with
the Open Public Meeting Act in that the date, time and location of the meeting were included
in the Annual Meeting Schedule, sent to the official newspapers, posted on the public bulletin
board in the Municipal Building and filed in the office of the Borough Clerk. This meeting
was also available via Zoom conference call.

Minutes of Meeting: April 6, 2026 at 7 PM West Caldwell Town Hall
President Michael Crudele called the meeting to order. Present were: Mike Crudele, Mike Motyka, Jason
Oesterle, Jim Spiegel, Darren Daniolowicz, Neil Boyle and Tony Pompei. Absent were Art Rees, and
Marcelino Trillo. John DiGeronimo, President of the Camp Wyanokie Association and Art Franklin,
Treasurer of the Camp Wyanokie Association, was also present.
Jason Oesterle motioned that the minutes of the 2/4/26 meeting be approved and seconded by Mike Crudele.
Votes for 4, 0 against and 3 abstain.
Correspondence:
Mike Crudele was contacted by a representative of Netflix requesting a tour of the camp for use in a movie.
The members agreed to have them meet with Ekho Walker for a tour.
Treasurer Report :
In lieu of the retired Treasurer, Peter Mescia, Mike Crudele reported that the $51,000 CD was rolled over in
January and will mature 1/26/27, and the $50,000 CD was also rolled over and will mature 7/2/26. A third
CD for $50,000 was issued and will mature 8/3/26. The current Chase balance is $17,011.10 ($1,694.06
checking and $15,317.04 money market).
Town payments from West Caldwell and Fairfield were received.
Payment from Caldwell is in progress.
Mike Crudele will contact North Caldwell and Roseland to get their payment status.

The March 17, 2026 meeting of the Roseland Mayor and Council was called to order
at 7:00 PM by Mayor Spango. Adequate notice of the meeting was provided in accordance
with the Open Public Meeting Act in that the date, time and location of the meeting were
included in the Annual Meeting Schedule, sent to the official newspapers, posted on the public
bulletin board in the Municipal Building and filed in the office of the Borough Clerk. This
meeting was also available via Zoom conference call.

The March 10, 2026 meeting of the Roseland Mayor and Council was called to order
at 6:30 PM by Mayor Spango. Adequate notice of the meeting was provided in accordance
with the Open Public Meeting Act in that the date, time and location of the meeting were
included in the Annual Meeting Schedule, sent to the official newspapers, posted on the public
bulletin board in the Municipal Building and filed in the office of the Borough Clerk. This
meeting was also available via Zoom conference call.

The February 17, 2026 meeting of the Roseland Mayor and Council was called to order
at 6:30 PM by Mayor Spango. Adequate notice of the meeting was provided in accordance
with the Open Public Meeting Act in that the date, time and location of the meeting were sent
to the official newspapers, posted on Borough’s website, posted on the public bulletin board
in the Municipal Building, and filed in the office of the Borough Clerk. This meeting was also
available via Zoom conference call.

Minutes of Budget Meeting: February 4, 2026 at 7 PM West Caldwell Town Hall
President Michael Crudele called the meeting to order. Present were: Mike Crudele, Mike Motyka, Jason
Oesterle, Art Rees, Neil Boyle and Marcelino Trillo. John DiGeronimo, President of the Camp Wyanokie
Association and Art Franklin, Treasurer of the Camp Wyanokie Association, was also present.
Marcelino Trillo motioned that the minutes of the 12/3/25 meeting be approved and seconded by Neil. Votes
for 5, 0 against and 1 abstain.

Treasurer Report:
In lieu of the retired Treasurer, Peter Mescia, Mike Crudele reported that the $51,000 CD due in December
2025 was rolled over in January and the $50,000 CD due in January 2026 was also rolled over in January. He
also suggested $30,000 CD due in March 2026 be combined with up to $30,000 from the Merrill account
and rolled over. The current Chase balance is $18,219.59.
