Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the Hastings Planning
Commission was conducted at the Hastings Municipal Airport,
3300 W 12th Street, Hastings, Nebraska, Tuesday, August 18, 2026
Chair Rosenberg called the meeting to order at 4:04 p.m. in Regular Session. Chair
Rosenberg welcomed James Carson to the Planning Commission.
The following members were present: Craig Hubbard, Chuck Rosenberg, Greg Sinner,
Shannon Adler, Lou Kully, Shawn Rossi, James Carson, and Sarah Bruce. Absent: Rick
Schnase and Joe Kindig. The following City Officials were present: City Attorney Jesse
Oswald; Director/City Engineer, Lee Vrooman; City Mayor Jay Beckby; Director of

Chair Rosenberg called the meeting to order at 4:05 p.m. in Regular Session. The
following members were present: Rick Schnase, Craig Hubbard, Chuck Rosenberg,
Greg Sinner, Shannon Adler, Sarah Bruce, and Joe Kindig. Absent: Lou Kully, James

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Worksession Meeting of the City Council of the City of
Hastings, Nebraska was conducted at the Hastings Municipal Airport, 3300 W. 12th Street, on

The Worksession Meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Council President Steve Huntley

MINUTES OF CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING
Monday, March 23, 2026
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of
Hastings, Nebraska was conducted at the Hastings Municipal Airport, 3300 West 12th
Street, on March 23, 2026.
The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. in Regular Session by Mayor Beckby with the
following members present Steve Huntley, Michael Anderson, Brian Hoffman, Larry
Consbruck, Brad Consbruck, Matt Fong, Marc Rowan, Maggie Esch. Absent: None. The
following City Officials were present: City Administrator, Mark Funkey; City Attorney, Jesse
Oswald; City Clerk, Tyler Ficken; Director of Finance/City Treasurer, Roger Nash;
Technology Director, Erik Nielsen; Information Technology, Kirk Layton; Public Information
