All right, good afternoon folks. Welcome. This is, today is May 5th, 2026. And this is the council work session. So this is a work session. So there's no decisions or anything made. We don't, we don't have public comment here. These are things that we are considering for future agenda items for our council business meetings. Today we have two items on the agenda, the lusted water district wholesale water agreement, and we have a utility rates package. And we do have the council here in the majority. So with that, I am going to turn to Assistant City Manager, Brian Staley. We also have, of course, Mike Whiteley here today. So Brian, we'll turn it over to you for the lusted water district discussion. Excellent. Thank you very much for taking some time on this topic. We're really excited as this marks the very first time that the city of Gresham is serving as a water wholesaler made possible by the transition project to groundwater. Mike will be our presenter today and I'll be sitting up here in solidarity for moral support. I think she's still getting, she's still getting the slides up here. That's the same one. There we go. So how does this work? Just turn it on? I can give it a test. Okay. I'm pressing the power button. I'm not seeing any lights. Oh, there it goes. Hey. Now it's going crazy. It works. Yeah, it's off. So the power goes right here. Oh, the power goes right there. Okay. All right. Thank you. Good way to start off. Well, good evening. Mayor. So long. Council Pres …
