También realizarán una segunda lectura para adoptar una ordenanza que rezonifica un sitio de vivienda propuesto de Área Abierta (O-A) a Residencial Multifamiliar-Bayfront (RM-B). Otros puntos incluyen una política de estacionamiento residencial en la calle para personas con discapacidades, la aceptación de mejoras de drenaje y la aprobación de un mapa de parcelas para condominios.
