Aregular meeting of the City Council was held this evening in the City Council
Chamber, City Hall,
Council President Grova announced that this regular meeting is listed in the
“annual notice” as defined by Chapter 321, P.P. 1975 and that copies of the “annual
notices” have been mailed or delivered to the Star Ledger, Home News Tribune, and
posted and filed in the City Clerk’s Office in compliance with the terms of the Open
Public Meetings Law, Chap. 231, P.L. 1975 on December 23, 2025.
PRESENT: Council Members: Nelson Gonzalez, 2"? Ward; Carlos Cedeno, 4"
Ward; William Gallman 5 Ward; Frank Mazza, 6 Ward; And Council President Manny
Grova, Jr. -5.
ABSENT: Cuesta, Perkins-Auguste, Torres, Kiniery -4
ALSO PRESENT: Samantha Castrelos, Esq.
Councilman Cedeno delivered the opening prayers and led all present in the
Pledge of Allegiance to the American Flag.

Cristine Moreira stated that unfortunately some of her questions have not been
answered. Live streaming is not an unreasonable request. She continued that other towns live
stream. As of today, this Council and Mayor are leaving people in the dark. The law does not
require that people give their names and addresses. The policy remains unchanged. Ms.
Moreira spoke to the drone tower and landing pad stating that this Council believes residents
are not entitled to know how tax dollars are spent. She continued …
