The Zoning Administrator approved both agenda items. The Dawson Project (Tentative Parcel Map P24-0001) was approved to create four residential parcels on 39.25 acres in the Rescue area, including adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program. The El Dorado Ranch Trailhead Project (Conditional Use Permit CUP24-0009) was approved for a new trailhead and parking lot in the Nashville area, with an added condition requiring an administrative permit for any future gate.
