Well, now that Clay's here, I call this meeting to order. If you would, follow with the pledge and invocation from Chief Houston. I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, to the republic for which it stands, one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Let's pray. Heavenly Father, as we humbly approach your throne, we just ask that you be with us as we go throughout this night. Guide us and direct us, Father. We thank you for your grace and mercy. Your grace is sufficient, Father, but your mercy continues to flow towards us. And I just pray, Father, that as we go through this meeting, that you help us to see those around us through your eyes, Father. And most importantly, that we remain centered in your will as we make decisions. We love you and we praise you for it. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen. Amen. Thank you, Chief. Madam Clerk, we'll get a roll call, please. Harkness? Here. Lucas? Cooper? Here. Milton? Yep. Denim? Here. Schultz? Williams? Present. Your Honor, you have a quorum. Thank you.
