Chair Webb called the Florence Urban Renewal Agency meeting to order on June 24,
2026 at 5:30 p.m.
Directors Present: Chairperson Mike Webb, Vice-Chair. Dave Braley, Directors Rob
Ward, Sally Wantz, Bill Meyer, Alan Ercolini, and Tracey Miller (arrived at 5:36 p.m.
Directors Absent: Heather Posegate and Ron Preisler.
Staff Present: City Manager Erin Reynolds, Assistant City Manager Megan Messmer,
and Economic Development and Communication Analyst Chantelle Meyer.
Guests Present: None.

Chair Webb asked for approval of the agenda. The agenda was approved as presented
without formal motion.

At 5:31 PM, Chair Ubnoske opened the meeting, and staff took roll call. Chair Ubnoske introduced the
Planning Commission’s newest commissioner, Deilah Johnson and welcomed her to share some details
about herself. Commissioner Green led the flag salute.

The City of Florence Public Arts Committee meeting will be held in -person with the option to attend
virtually via GoToWebinar.
Citizens wishing to express their views may do so in both written and verbal formats.
Written Testimony: Citizens wishing to express their views to the Committee are
encouraged to submit written testimony in one of the following ways:
