Florence meetings procedural; planning commission to weigh Aronson zone change
Florence city boards and committees held several meetings over the past two weeks, but none resulted in formal decisions. The most consequential item on the horizon is a public hearing before the Planning Commission on a zone change for the Aronson property, scheduled for Aug. 25.
Recent meetings
City Council — Aug. 17
The council held its regular meeting at 5:30 p.m. The agenda was procedural, covering how the public could attend, watch, or testify. Planning Commission — Aug. 25

Public Arts Committee — Aug. 24
The committee will meet with in-person and virtual options.
