Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Council of the Village of Bratenahl, Ohio at
6:30 pm on Wednesday, April 15 , 202 6, at the Bratenahl Community Center, 10300 Brighton Road ,
Bratenahl, Ohio.
The purpose of the hearing is for Council to hear public comment on proposed amendments to the
following sections of the Bratenahl Planning and Zoning Code , forwarded to Council by the Bratenahl
Planning Commission:
Ordinance No. 4296 amending Section 1111.06 Dwelling and Other Living Accommodations. This
Ordinance, if approved, would add/revise definitions related to a proposed PRD.2 District.
Specifically, it would add a definition for “live/work units” and amend definitions for “dwelling”,
“townhouse”, and “multi-family dwelling”.
Ordinance No. 4297 amending Section 1117.07 Powers and Duties. This Ordinance, if approved,
would specify the powers and duties of the Architectural and Design Review Board regarding their
role in the review of proposed residential units in a new PRD.2 District.
Ordinance No. 4298 amending Section 1133.11 Modifications for Planned Residential
