The Zephyrhills City Council approved the rollback millage rate of 6.2375 mills for the upcoming fiscal year and scheduled the first public hearing for September 14, 2026. They also unanimously approved two bid awards to BRW Construction for intersection improvements at Greenslope Dr./Daugherty Rd. and Ft. King Rd./Eiland Blvd. A resolution authorizing participation in a joint Municipal Association of Pasco meeting was approved. The council reached consensus to waive building permit fees for a pergola at the Military Museum, but this was not a formal vote.
