subject parcel and that Liames LLC intends to use the parcel for construction
parking. The parcel is located north of State Route 582 on the east side of State
Route 25. See attached map. The parcel to rezoned is outlined in red.

The Wood County Planning Commission met in regular session on Tuesday, JUNE 2, 2026, at
the County Office Building in Bowling Green, Ohio. Planning Commission staff members in
attendance were David Steiner, Connor Peterson and Jamie Stanley.
CALL TO ORDER John Musteric, Chair, called the meeting to order at 5:30PM.
ROLL CALL: Planning Commission members in attendance were Steve Arnold, Ted Bowlus,
Brendyn George, Doris Herringshaw, Craig LaHote, John Musteric, Jeff Schaller, John
