Council President Bruce A. Edwards called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. The meeting opened with the Pledge of
Allegiance.

BILLS TO BE PAID: Motion by Mr. Mellon Sr., seconded by Mr. Craft to pay bills in the amount of $74,219.47.

BILLS TO BE RATIFIED: Motion by Mrs. Hopple, seconded by Ms. Patches to approve the ratified amount of
$300.00 to Berks County. Motion carried unanimously.
