Engineer regarding the rain garden and paving. A new site contractor has been selected and will start re-doing the

stated he needed to come out and take samples. This seems to be in the hands of Bob Watt, our Construction Advisor
with EOHLC at this point.

Pursuant to the Open Meeting Law, MGL Chapter 30 A, §18-25, written notice posted by the Town Clerk and delivered to all
Commissioners, a meeting of the Conservation Commission was held Monday July 27, 2026 at 7pm via Zoom.
The Conservation Commission’s role is to preserve & protect the integrity of wetland systems in the Town. The Commission derives its authority from
the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act & the Wenham Water Resources Protection Bylaw. The Commission is also responsible for the
promotion & sound development of the natural resources and protection of the watershed resources of the community. The Commission may receive
gifts, bequests or devises of interests in land, subject to the approval of the Select Board.

Pursuant to the Open Meeting Law, MGL Chapter 30 A, §18-25, written notice posted by the Town Clerk and delivered to all
Commissioners, a meeting of the Conservation Commission was held Monday July 13, 2026 at 7pm in Town Hall.
The Conservation Commission’s role is to preserve & protect the integrity of wetland systems in the Town. The Commission derives its authority from
the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act & the Wenham Water Resources Protection Bylaw. The Commission is also responsible for the
promotion & sound development of the natural resources and protection of the watershed resources of the community. The Commission may receive
gifts, bequests or devises of interests in land, subject to the approval of the Select Board.
