ROLL CALL The City of Wauseon Clerk of Council; present were Council President Chamberlin, and Councilors, Heising, Tijerina, Simon, Hite, and Galbraith to constitute a quorum for the transaction of city business. The Village of Swanton took roll; present were Mayor Neil Toeppe, Councilman Noah Kreuz, Councilman David Pilliod, Councilwoman Pat Pilliod, Councilman John Schmidt, and Councilwoman Dianne Westhoven.
