Board of Zoning Appeals

The Board of Zoning Appeals will hear an appeal by Dave Jensen requesting a dimensional variance from Sections 22.35(7)(a) and 22.35(7)(c) of the city’s zoning code. The variance would permit an addition to an existing car dealership office and repair facility at 1028 N. Hartwell Ave. The proposed addition would have a street yard of 19.7 feet and a rear yard of 3.8 feet, which are less than the required 25‑foot setbacks.
