Flood Control and Water Conservation District

Board to adopt groundwater sustainability and overdraft fees under Proposition 26

The Tehama County Flood Control and Water Conservation District Board will hold public hearings on administrative and project‑management fees for the Groundwater Sustainability Agency. It will then consider two resolutions that would establish an annual Groundwater Sustainability Plan Operations and Administrative Fee and a Project Management Action fee for overdrafted subbasins, both as regulatory fees under Proposition 26. The meeting also includes standard public comment and board matters.
