Doug, how are you? I already looked at it. It's like. Well, I guess we're saving some trees, huh? I'm kind of curious if we're going to have a quorum or not. I'm good. Seems like it's been a while. Well, if the event occurs where we don't have a quorum, are we still going to be able to answer their questions? I have an extra. Oh, we're good then. Yeah. Nice. All right. Thank you for coming. All right. I'd like to call this meeting to order at 1732 or 532 p.m. go ahead and take roll call. Douglas Shannon, vice chair. Here. Christian Nunes. We are still waiting for Dianna, Chelsea and Sandra. Oh, of course. This...Oh, Dianna, you seem to be waiting for Dianna too. Is this Jenna, Jenna Visa? Oh no, it's Katie. This is Katie. Yes, Jenna Visa is here. Oh. So, Genno Wiseau, did you manage to join in on what we were doing...this "candy or die" thing? Did you receive an application or do you need help? Yes, I managed to get an application. How much do you need? I need the names of those who will participate, as well as their ages. Good. Of course. So there you have it. So we just need to give it to you tonight, okay ? Yes. Good. Okay, that's fine then. Class. But I can't say the same about easels . I have a slight problem with easels for the event on Friday and Saturday night. Um, I was wondering if Sandra could do something, maybe using music stands. They can sometimes work as easels. I'm curious...I guess the question is, how many of them do we need? We never decided that. Does anyone have any numbers on this? Do you remember? Not quite sure how much we needed. I think just as much as we can find. Um... Yes, but it helps... yes, but it would be nice to have some specific amount. I think if we could ask maybe the music department at the high school, maybe Sandra would help us with that, to use the easels from the music department. Everything is fine. So, we are getting back to you with an updated combination of written scores and oral interview results so that we can approve this to begin hiring for the two current positions we will be applying for on this list. And that's it. Is there a proposal to approve the list? I propose to approve the list as presented . OK. Approved. OK. Those in favor, say "yes." Yes. OK. This was approved on 07/10/26. That's it. For the record, there was no objection to excusing Councilor Galvan? No. Okay. I just want to put that on the record. Okay. So moving into our discussion items, it seems like we have several discussion items this evening. We will go ahead and start our discussion with item A, revised city organization chart, and this pertains to Mr. Haley. We have individual handouts, if that would be easier for people to look at. So why don't I distribute that? Hi, Julia. One of those days, huh? Thank you. I worked really hard this morning and all day and it didn't happen. Thank you. This is a long week. It's only Wednesday. He's passing out our dinner, right? The first item on the, I get to look at it. Yeah. And then I found out one of my brothers, my dad, a couple of years ago, and in August, my husband's son died. I do. Either sometimes. All right. Please. Thank you for a little distribution there. As I mentioned, the first page, the smaller eight and a half by 11 is our existing. When I got in touch with the car club, I think their official name is "Impala Car Club." And when I talked to Chief Layman about it, he said it makes the security issue much simpler . Since it will only be a limited number of ca …
