Historic District / Board of Architectural Review
The Summerville Board of Architectural Review will hold a public hearing and review requests for new detached structures and modifications at six properties in the historic district. Items include a detached garage, a shed, a greenhouse, a garage demolition and rebuild, an accessory dwelling unit, and a garage door design change. The board will also review minutes from its December 5, 2023 meeting.
