Historic District / Board of Architectural Review
The Summerville Board of Architectural Review will meet on January 3, 2023, to review three items: a final review for a front door replacement at 119 Dorchester Avenue, a conceptual review for a new accessory dwelling unit at 217 Marion Avenue, and a final review for playground shade replacement at St. Luke's Church, 206 Central Avenue. The board will also approve minutes from the December 6, 2022 meeting and hold chair nominations/vote.
