Funds are in place to have the tower reconditioned up to $750,000. Staff reached out to three firms to get proposals for the project management portion of the project and get estimates on the overall cost of the project. The three proposals we received were from KLM Engineering, SHE Design, and Moore Engineering. All proposals submitted have great credentials and have shown examples of work done in other cities. Staff are confident in any of these options and believe the end result with be satisfactory.
