Welcome – 5:00pm Meeting was called to order. Quorum present. Introductions made.
Secretary minutes from May– Motion to accept initiated by Jeanette Rock and seconded
by Donald Black. No discussion. All in favor. None opposed. Motion carries.

Consumer Report – Jeanette Rock – DIC – Report was submitted. DIC held a Memorial
Day cookout with about 20 people, members and workers. Staff are completing
trainings. Monthly meetings are held for members. Kurt Brewer a Peer and Support
worker resigned end of May. A new Peer and Support worker will begin soon, Beth
Schroeder.
Committee Report (Mike Alessio ) – ASA Subcommittee meeting was held in person
and via zoom on June 16, 2026 @ 4:00pm. Several agencies submitted reports for the
last quarter.

Secretary minutes from April – Motion to accept initiated by Stanley Hatch and seconded

Consumer Report – Jeanette Rock – DIC – Report was submitted. Absent. 221 members.
Staff are completing more trainings. Staff prepared an Easter dinner for members. The
members helped decorate the DIC.
Committee Report ( Maria Gigliotti ) – MH Subcommittee meeting was held in person
and via zoom on May 19 , 2026 @ 4: 00pm. Several agencies submitted reports for the
last quarter.
FCSFL – Increased individuals and now there is a waiting list in Seneca Falls. Lots of
trainings offered to staff.
MH Crisis Team – Numbers are down this past month.
Lakeview – Offering a lot of stuff for Mental Health awareness .
Aspire Hope – Offering a lot of activities for Mental Health awareness . Aspire Hope will
be walking in the Memorial Day Parade.

she has a unique perspective in that I am a lifelong Seneca County resident and a lifelong Seneca

Data Center in Lansing, NY. She stated the proposed for site of the former Cayuga coal
fueled power plant in Lansing, NY and it involves an 80-year lease for 183 acres. The
Data Center is computing, AI, and Bitcoin mining. Their plan is to use existing water
from Cayuga Lake to cool the Data Center. Lake Hawkeye LLC applied to renew a
legacy water withdrawal permit for over 1million gallons per day from Cayuga Lake.
Andrea stated that the proposed data center is planned at 400 megawatts at peak power
capacity. TeraWulf plans to invest $50-$80 million in local electrical infrastructure …

Chair Heather Robson called the Regular Meeting of the Seneca County Local Development
Corporation to order at 5:10 p.m.
