The Human Services, Labor, and Economic Development Committee voted 3-0 to recommend that City Council pass four ordinances relating to City employment: CB 121284 (exempting and returning positions to the civil service system), CB 121219 (correcting pay compression and inversion for certain non-represented classifications), CB 121285 (retitling Automotive Sheet Metal Worker to Automotive Sheet Metal Worker - Painter), and CB 121286 (retitling Plant Ecologist to Restoration Ecologist and creating a Restoration Ecologist, Senior title with pay rates). CB 121275, an ordinance on commercial tenancy disclosure requirements, was not heard in Committee.
