City Council
The City Council will hold public hearings on two appeals of Planning Commission decisions: one regarding a master sign program for the University District (North City) and another for a tentative subdivision map creating three lots on a 19.83-acre site. Other actions include a second reading of a rezone for 2.6 acres, calling the November 2026 general municipal election, and approving a $1 million contract amendment with Dudek for construction management.
