Those participating were: Rick Dyer, Chair Randy Sparacino, Commissioner Colleen Roberts, Commissioner Danny Jordan, County Administrator Shannon Bell, Senior Deputy County Administrator Joel Benton, County Counsel Stacy Brubaker, Director, Health and Human Services Department Dr. John Mahan, Chief Medical Officer, Health and Human Services Department Laura Lui, Strategic Initiatives Manager, Health and Human Services Department Kacie Kinney, Recording Secretary Jen Kelly, Executive Assistant Members of the Public and Press 1. Discussion of the Public Health Modernization Plan – Stacy Brubaker, Director; Jackson Baures, Public Health Division Manager; and Laura Lui, Program Manager II, Health and Human Services Department Commissioner Dyer welcomed Ms. Brubaker and Ms. Lui to the meeting; Mr. Baures was unable to attend. Ms. Brubaker explain ed that the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) requested that the Board be made aware of the Public Health Modernization Plan; however, it does not require the Board’s approval.
