November 4, 2025 RE: Georgetown BoS Workshop Mtg Minutes for 10-27-25 Meeting Minutes (Rob) 1) Opened meeting at approximately 6:15 pm. Location Georgetown Peabody Library, 2nd Floor. 2) BoS members Present: Mike Donahue, Doug Dawes, Laura Repplier, Rob Hoover. 3) Rachel Bancroft absent. 4) Orlando Pacheco arrived at approximately 6:40. 5) Rob outlined the process and goals of this workshop. 1. Review and update “White Board Priority Tasks”, dated 8-4-25. 2. Identify point person responsible for each priority task. 3. Big picture is continue moving towards producing a plan for the BoS to follow for the remainder of this term (up to May 2026) and get a handle on the current “wack-a-mole” reactionary BoS process. 6) Began discussing point person responsibilities. Create rough outline of what information / data / materials are already available, what might still be needed, generate a plan to move forward with and present at next BoS workshop. 7) The following Priority Tasks list was discussed and agreed upon by all present. Each task was placed in order of importance. BoS audit was added. Some tasks were assigned a “Point Person” responsible for that task. See below in (xxx). 1. Develop plan for BoS to follow. (Rob) 2.
